MANY SCHOOL SYSTEMS HAVE RECOGNIZED THE DRAMATIC INCREASES IN SCHOOL CRIME AND ARE NOW STARTING TO TAKE A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TOWARDS THE PROBLEM.
Abstract
THIS ARTICLE INCLUDES A CASE STUDY OF THE PROBLEMS THAT SCHOOL CRIME CAN CAUSE TO A YOUTH STRIVING FOR EDUCATION. ALSO DISCUSSED ARE THE DIRECTIONS BEING TAKEN BY SCHOOL SECURITY PERSONNEL AND FEDERAL LEGISLATION PROPOSED TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM.
