Abstract
ESTABLISHMENT OF A MASTER CALENDAR DEPARTMENT, UTILIZING COMPUTERS FOR SCHEDULING AND MONITORING THE STATUS OF CASES, AND PRESIDED OVER BY A SINGLE JUDGE WHO PROCESSES AND ASSIGNS ALL CASES THAT ENTER THE SUPERIOR COURT, ELIMINATED A TWELVE MONTH BACKLOG OF PENDING CASES IN JUST TWO YEARS.
