Abstract
A chart outlines the Department's organization. Service to the public, team policing (in its fourth year), safety in the Downtown Skyway System, community service officers working as interpreters, and the teletypewriter service for hearing - and speech-impaired citizens are discussed. Crime statistics, community crime prevention programs, traffic and accident data, training requirements, personnel data, and budgetary data are also reported. Tables and photographs are supplied.
