ACCOUNT OF THE EXTENSIVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH INMATES IN THE SAME AND OTHER PRISONS AND WITH CRIMINAL ASSOCIATES ON THE OUTSIDE ACHIEVED BY TWO INDIVIDUALS IN DETENTION PENDING INVESTIGATION IN WEST GERMANY.
Abstract
DIRECTIONS FOR CARRYING OUT CRIMINAL ACTS AND FOR THE INMATES' ESCAPE WERE COMMUNICATED TO THOSE INVOLVED IN EXECUTING THE PLANS. WRITTEN MESSAGES WERE SMUGGLED OUT AND TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS AND PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WERE HELD BY MEANS OF SUBTERFUGES. THE INMATES WERE IN POSSESSION OF LARGE AND SMALL TWO-WAY RADIOS, DRUGS, KNIVES AND LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY. ONLY IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS ARE INTELLIGENT ENOUGH AND HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS SORT OF THING. --IN GERMAN
