Abstract
THIS VOLUME INCLUDES THE FINAL TWO SECTIONS OF THE REPORT. SECTION 3 PROVIDES A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE 10 CASE STUDIES OF SAFE STREETS EXPERIENCE AND INDIVIDUAL STATE REPORTS FOR CALIFORNIA, KENTUCKY, MASSACHUSETTS, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEW MEXICO, NORTH CAROLINA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, AND PENNSYLVANIA. THE FOURTH SECTION CONTAINS THE QUESTIONNAIRES USED IN ACIR'S SURVEY AND RESPONSE RATE TABLES.
