THE AUTHOR SUGGESTS THAT WITH THE CREATION OF ATTRACTIVE, EFFICIENT FACILITIES WILL COME A REESTABLISHMENT OF CITIZEN RESPECT FOR THE LAW. A DESIGN FOR A CIRCULAR COURTROOM UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN ARKANSAS IS PROVIDED.
