Abstract
GOALS AND STRATEGIES OF A POLICE-COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROGRAM, RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN A POLICE-COMMUNITY RELATIONS UNIT AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF POLICE-COMMUNITY RELATIONS TRAINING, REACHING THE COMMUNITY, DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH, AND FEDERAL FUNDS AND THE ART OF GRANTSMANSHIP WERE EXAMINED. SURVEYS, EVALUATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PRESENTED.
