EXPANSION OF THE SYSTEM, ITS USE BY SELECTED CITIES, AND PLANS FOR THE FUTURE ARE COVERED. TO INSURE PRIVACY OF DATA, TERMINAL SITE SECURITY SURVEYS ARE BEING MADE TO REVIEW SECURITY PRACTICES IN USER AGENCIES. TRAINING IS ALSO PROVIDED FOR STAFF. TO DATE ONLY ONE FLAGRANT VIOLATION HAS BEEN FOUND: THE REJIS TERMINAL WAS USED TO OBTAIN REGISTERED OWNERS OF VEHICLES PARKED OUTSIDE A POLITICAL RALLY IN A LOCAL ELECTION. THE INCUMBENT OFFICIAL WAS REPRIMANDED AND REQUESTED TO SEND ALL TERMINAL OPERATORS THROUGH THE REJIS TRAINING PROGRAM.
