Abstract
Individual recommendations focus on international cooperation in the prosecution and punishment of acts of terrorism, the role of criminal law in consumer protection, public participation in criminal justice policymaking, foreign inmates, and gun control legislation. Other recommendations focus on domestic assault, victim services, crime prevention, juvenile delinquency among immigrants, computer-related crime, and consistency in sentencing.
