Abstract
THREE SESSIONS WERE HELD, DEALING WITH THE CONCEPT OF RESPONSIBILITY, PROSECUTION AND TRIAL PROCEDURES, AND TREATMENT METHODS AND PROVISIONS. WEAKNESSES AND DIFFERENCES IN THE AMERICAN AND BRITISH SYSTEMS WERE IDENTIFIED AND DISCUSSED IN THE REPORT, AND GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE FOR IMPROVEMENT.
