This study analyzed the features of Galician law (Spain) 11/2007 enacted July 27, 2007, entitled, the Prevention and Integral Treatment of Gender Violence.

Abstract

This law reflects the efforts of Spain's Independent communities to address gender violence. In many respects, Galician law intended to counter violence against women provides protections for women greater than those encompassed by state law. 58 notes
