INCLUDED IN THE NEW DEVICES AND TECHNIQUES ARE THE FINGERPRINT SCANNER WHICH AUTOMATICALLY READS, CLASSIFIES, AND SEARCHES FINGERPRINTS, THE COMPUTERIZED NAME INDEX WHICH REPLACES MANUAL FILE SYSTEMS, THE COMPUTERIZED CRIMINAL HISTORY PROGRAM, AND THE RAPID FACSIMILE TRANSMISSION OF PRINTS.
