Abstract
IN ADDITION TO FOLLOWING THIS PARTICULAR CASE, THE PROGRAM, PART OF A TRAINING AND EDUCATION MODULE FOR CALIFORNIA COURTHOUSE PERSONNEL, ALSO EMPHASIZES: THE PURPOSE OF NOTIFICATION IN CALIFORNIA COURTS, THE GENERAL RULES WHICH DETERMINE THE POINTS WHERE NOTIFICATION PROCESS, AND EXAMPLES OF NOTICES THAT MAY BE PROVIDED AS A SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC. INTENDED FOR USE BY PRE-SERVICE AND IN-SERVICE PERSONNEL WHOSE JOBS ARE CONCERNED WITH THE NOTIFICATION PROCESS, ATTORNEYS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL.
