The prevalence of rape and sexual assault among adult women was estimated by interviewing 932 San Francisco women.
Abstract
Reliable rates of prevalence and incidence were not obtained due to difficulty in obtaining a true random sample. The data base is of considerable interest and represents a body of data on rare events where there is no other reliable material. (NTIS abstract)
