Abstract
MAJOR OBSTACLES TO A NEW FUNCTION FOR GUARDS IS THE RIGID HIERACHICAL PERSONNEL STRUCTURE AND TRADITIONAL ATTITUDES OF CORRECTIONAL MANAGEMENT. --IN GERMAN
