Abstract
THE COURSE CONSISTED OF TEN HOURS OF LECTURES AND GROUP DISCUSSION AND TWO HOURS OF ROLE PLAYING. AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE COURSE, OFFICERS WERE ENCOURAGED TO EVALUATE IT. THE FOLLOWING CONCLUSIONS WERE DRAWN FROM THE DATA - OFFICERS ARE INTERESTED IN SELF IMPROVEMENT AND DESIRE TO KNOW METHODS AND TECHNIQUES TO HANDLE PROBLEMS WITH WHICH THEY ARE FACED. THEY WANT SOUND, PROVEN IDEAS THEY CAN USE IN THEIR WORK. THEY ARE WILLING TO LISTEN, EITHER TO OUTSIDE PROFESSORS OR TO MEN WITHIN THEIR PROFESSION.
