Abstract
THE INTENTION OF THE HIGH INTENSITY PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE AN INCREASE IN QUALITY OF CONTACT AND SERVICES FOR THE THREE CLIENT POPULATIONS. THE RESULT IS A REDUCTION IN RECIDIVISM, DEVELOPMENT OF MEANINGFUL CONCEPT OF INTENSIVE SERVICES, IDENTIFICATION OF VARIABLES TO DETERMINE NEED FOR INTENSIVE SUPERVISION, CREATION OF ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUES TO DETERMINE NEED FOR INTENSIVE SERVICES, AND DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH FOR DEFINING AND REDEFINING THE DYNAMICS AND COMPONENTS OF AN INTENSIVE SERVICE UNIT.
