Abstract
Included are some of the more important support groups, informational networks, and other resources that contribute to capacity-building for community youth programs. Each of the 51 entries contains the organization name, address, phone number, name and title of the top person(s), and a descriptive paragraph. Organizational philosophies and/or activities are brought into focus. Community youth programs are increasing in number, in variety, and in sophistication. They are dedicated to enhancing education, employment, housing, health care, and other community systems, through knowledge development and informational exchange, technical assistance and consultation, education and training, and legislative and administrative advocacy.
