THIS EVALUATION REPORT IS PRIMARILY CONCERNED WITH THE PROCESS OBJECTIVES OF THE SIX PROJECTS OF THE OREGON CORRECTIONAL IMPACT PROGRAM, COVERING THE PERIOD FROM PROGRAM INITIATION IN LATE 1974 TO JUNE, 30, 1975.
Abstract
INCLUDED ARE COMMENTARIES ON THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN PROCESS OBJECTIVE PERFORMANCE AND THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATIONS. THE BODY OF THE REPORT SETS FORTH A BRIEF DESCRIPTIVE OVERVIEW OF EACH PROJECT. PROJECT TITLES INCLUDE: TRAINING AND INFORMATION PROJECT; CLIENT DIAGNOSTIC AND TRACKING PROJECT; CLIENT RESOURCES AND SERVICES; PROJECT TRANSITION; FIELD SERVICES; AND INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES. OUTCOME DATA IS APPROACHED IN TERMS OF CRITERION VARIABLES, LIMITATIONS ON PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF DATA, COMPARISON GROUPS, AND PROGRAM TERMINATIONS TO DATE.
