DETAILED EXAMINATION OF THE ORM SYSTEM COMPONENTS.
Abstract
THE OPERATIONS REVIEW AND MONITORING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THREE CRITICAL ASPECTS OF PROGRAM OPERATIONS - DELIVERY OF SERVICE TO PARTICIPANTS, ASSOCIATED STAFFING AND COSTS, TRENDS IN PROJECT PERFORMANCE OVER TIME. THE FINAL OUTPUT OF THE ORMS, A SERIES OF MONTHLY REPORTS, WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON KEY INDICATORS OF PROJECT ACTIVITY, ENROLLMENTS, TERMINATIONS, CURRENT CASELOAD STATUS, STAFFING AND FUNDS, IN MONTHLY AND CUMULATIVE TOTALS. FOR THE FIRST VOLUME IN THIS STUDY, WHICH EXPLAINS THE EVALUATION DESIGN FOR THIS PROGRAM, SEE NCJ-003158. THE PROPOSAL BY A.B.T. ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT THE EVALUATION IS CONTAINED IN NCJ-003160.
