The Annual Report of the Oklahoma Judiciary and Statistical Appendix provides caseload information and financial data for the State's Trial and Appellate Court as well as an overview of the judicial branch of the State government.
Abstract
For the judiciary, information is provided on court structure, caseload inventory, judicial districts, judges and clerks of the district courts, the Council on Judicial Complaints, the Judicial Nominating Commission, and the Foster Care Review Board. For judicial administration, information is provided on the Administrative Office of the Courts and its organization and function. A description of dispute mediation services is also included. Data on judicial funding in Oklahoma is presented. A lengthy statistical presentation is included that covers District Court statistics, statewide caseloads, methods of disposition, statewide totals in various categories, and population and cases per District court judge. 12 charts, 4 maps, 39 tables, and 1 figure
