Abstract
Data are provided on State Public Defender Office expenditures for 1981 and 1982 and on State reimbursement to counties for delivery of criminal defense services to indigents both through county public defender offices and through assigned counsel systems. Criminal-cost subsidy reimbursement figures are also given. In addition, brief summaries of county evaluation programs completed in 15 Ohio counties in 1982 are presented. Finally, the report contains data on county public defender office staffs, caseloads, and costs (per case and total).
