Abstract
IT IS ENVISIONED THAT THE INFORMATION IN THIS GUIDE WILL BE USED BY TELEPHONE OPERATORS, RECEPTIONISTS, AND OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC. WHEN USING THE GUIDE, SPECIAL ATTENTION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO SECTIONS CONTAINING STATE AND FEDERAL TOLL-FREE NUMBERS. LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR INCLUSION ON THE BASIS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION OR ASSISTANCE TO OHIO CONSUMERS.
