Abstract
THE FOUR PART FORMAT OF THE HANDBOOK CONSISTS OF (1) AN OUTLINE OF OFFENSES SET IN TERMS OF THEIR ELEMENTS AND PENALTIES, (2) AN OUTLINE OF THOSE SECTIONS OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE DEALING WITH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE WHICH WERE EITHER AMENDED OR ORIGINALLY ENACTED AS PART OF THE OHIO CRIMINAL CODE, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1974, (3) THE OHIO RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE WHICH MOST DIRECTLY AFFECT THE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, AND (4) A GLOSSARY OF TERMS DEFINING THOSE WORDS IN THE STATUTES WHICH HAVE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE OR JUDICIAL CONSTRUCTION.
