The meeting also included presentations on initiatives to address officer psychological health by departments in Austin, Texas; Columbus, Ohio; and Fresno, California. During the latter half of the meeting, participants provided input by answering prepared questions on organizational leadership, research, policy, training, and best practices in efforts to improve and maintain officer psychological health.
