Abstract
THIS GUIDE WILL BE FOR STRUCTURING AND DEVELOPING THE APPLICATIONS IN EACH STATE'S SYSTEM. THE OBSCIS MODEL WAS DESIGNED TO REPRESENT A FRAMEWORK FOR EACH STATE TO FOLLOW IN DESIGNING ITS OWN INDIVIDUALIZED CORRECTIONS INFORMATION SYSTEM.
