This report presents information and statistics for the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for fiscal year 1992 (July 1991 through June 1992).
Abstract
Following a listing of the court staff and Juvenile Court Citizens Advisory Council members, an overview is provided of the court's historical and organizational backgrounds. The agency mission is then stated. A major section presents information and statistics on juvenile case processing. Topics addressed include intake, informal hearing officer, residential predispositional placements, detention, adjudication, supervision, court programs, work programs, education programs, and residential programs. Information and statistics on adult case processing encompass domestic relations case processing; adult criminal case processing; spousal abuse; and support, custody, and visitation complaint case processing. The report also contains information on research, information management activities, and training.
