THE PROPORTION OF MEN RETURNED TO PRISON WITH NEW MAJOR ALLEGATIONS AND/OR NEW MAJOR CONVICTIONS REMAINED STABLE. THE PROPORTION LABELED 'SUCCESSES' HAS SHOWN A CONSISTENT INCREASE. THE REDCIDIVISM RATE FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATORS AND ABSCONDERS DECREASED IN ALL GROUPS.
