Abstract
THE DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES OF THE THREE NEW COMPONENTS THE BUREAU FOR MUNICIPAL POLICE, IDENTIFICATION AND INFORMATION SERVICE, AND THE OFFICE OF PLANNING AND PROGRAM ASSISTANCE - ARE SUMMARIZED IN THIS REPORT. OTHER AREAS DISCUSSED INCLUDE THE DRUG REWARD PROGRAM, THE EMERGENCY DANGEROUS DRUG CONTROL PROGRAM, PROGRAM FUNDING, AND RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT. UNDER THE SECTION ON IDENTIFICATION AND INFORMATION SERVICE, STATISTICS ARE PROVIDED FOR FINGERPRINT RECEIPTS, FINGERPRINTS IDENTIFIED, AND FACSIMILE TRANSMISSIONS.
