THESE INCLUDE FAILURE TO REPORT THE CRIME TO POLICE WITHIN 48 HOURS, FAILURE TO COOPERATE WITH BOARD INVESTIGATORS, CLAIMANT PROVOCATION OF THE INJURIES AND/OR CRIME, AND FAILURE TO MEET THE 'SERIOUS FINANCIAL HARDSHIP' AND 'STANDARD OF PROOF' REQUIREMENTS. SEVERAL REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS ARE DESCRIBED THROUGHOUT THIS REPORT.
