Abstract
THE AUTOMATIC PROCESSING OF PERSONAL APPEARANCE DATA SYSTEM (APPADS) AS A MODULE OF THE NEW STATE IDENTIFICATION AND INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM (NYSIIS) IS EVALUATED. PRESENT PERSONAL APPEARANCE DATA SYSTEM USING CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES AND DEVELOPED SYSTEM DESIGN OF APPAD INCLUDING FILE CONTENT WITH ITS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE CONFIGURATIONS, DATA TRANSMISSION METHODS, SYSTEM OPERATION, FILE MANAGEMENT, AND INFORMATION RETRIEVAL PHILOSOPHY AND TECHNIQUE ARE STUDIED. METHODS OF UNDERSTANDING HOW PEOPLE IDENTIFY AND RECOGNIZE EACH OTHER ARE REVIEWED. A SERIES OF EXPERIMENTS DESIGNED TO EXPLORE VARIABLES INFLUENCING RECOGNITION ARE DESCRIBED WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL RESEARCH.
