This report presents transcriptions of a seminar discussion on combatting drug traffic in Region I of Chile, in the city of Arica.
Abstract
Chilean politicians offer two reports on drug laws and regulation and drug traffic investigations and money laundering, with comments by other Chilean politicians and the public in attendance. Specific comments are made on the April 1992 legislative action against drug trafficking and on the severe drug problem in the city of Arica.
