THE TERMS OF THE COMPETITION ARE IDENTIFIED AND THE FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD PLACE ENTRIES IN EACH OF FOURT CONTEST CATEGORIES ARE REPRODUCED IN REDUCED SIZE.
Abstract
THE FOUR CONTEST CATEGORIES WERE INTAKE CENTERS, COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL CENTERS, RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTERS (HALFWAY HOUSES), AND AN OPEN CATEGORY. TERMS OF THE CONTEST MADE ENTRANTS CONFORM THEIR DESIGNS TO SPECIFIC DEMOGRAPHIC AND GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS.
