OTHER TOPICS OF DISCUSSION INCLUDE EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS, DEMONSTRATION AND DISSEMINATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY, ENCOURAGEMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE RESEARCH, INSTITUTE CONTRACT AND GRANT POLICY AND PROCEDURES, AND ORGANIZATION OF THE INSTITUTE.
