Abstract
THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT'S SECOND YEAR WAS ITS EXPANSION FROM OPERATING 15 TO OPERATING 41 LOCAL LEVEL ECONOMIC CRIME UNITS. PROJECT FACILITIES AND STAFF, FIELD OFFICE ORGANIZATION, BUDGET ADMINISTRATION, AND CONFERENCES ARE DESCRIBED AS ARE COMMUNICATIONS AND LIAISON ACTIVITIES. PLANS TO PRODUCE A HANDBOOK TO GUIDE ECONOMIC CRIME INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS IN THE PROJECT'S THIRD YEAR ARE DISCUSSED.
