A pamphlet on working with the media provides guidelines for building effective relationships with the media, framing a message that will be of interest to the media, and using tools that grab media attention. A description of landmarks in victims' rights and services briefly describes significant events from 1965 through 2001. Another resource provides ideas for special events, including a candlelight vigil, art exhibits, and survivor poetry reading.
