Abstract
This Victim Risk Supplement to the 1983 National Crime Survey used five questionnaires administered to persons age 12 and over to determine whether respondents' work, leisure activities, and crime prevention measures were related to their victimization. Data were collected over a 1-month period from 14,258 households. The appendixes contain industry and occupational code classifications as well as frequencies and univariate statistics.
