INDIVIDUAL ACTS AND ASSASSINATION ARE CONSIDERED SEPARATELY. THE EFFECTS OF FIREARMS AVAILABILITY AND VIOLENCE PORTRAYED IN COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA ARE INVESTIGATED FOR CORRELATION TO INCIDENCE AND SERIOUSNESS OF VIOLENCE. LAW ENFORCEMENT AND RESPECT FOR LAW ARE NOTED AS SIGNIFICANT FACTORS. THE COMMISSION STUDIES ARE NOT COMPLETE AND CONCLUSIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
