Abstract
THE NCSC IS A CLEARINGHOUSE OF INFORMATION RELATING TO STATE COURTS. THE BIBLIOGRAPHY IS NOT INTENDED TO BE EXHAUSTIVE BUT TO GIVE THE READER AN IDEA OF THE NATIONAL CENTER AND THE WAYS IT SEEKS TO AID STATE COURT OFFICIALS. IN THIS BIBLIOGRAPHY, ALL TITLES IN A PARTICULAR SERIES ARE LISTED UNDER THAT SERIES. THE APPROXIMATELY 100 UNANNOTATED ENTRIES ARE LISTED ALPHABETICALLY IN SECTIONS BY TITLE OR AUTHOR. LISTED FIRST ARE MONOGRAPHS NOT IN SERIES, FOLLOWED BY PERIODICALS ISSUED BY THE CENTER, RESEARCH ESSAY SERIES, STATE COURT ORGANIZATION PROFILE SERIES, STATE COURT REPORT SERIES, STATE COURT WORK-IN-PROGRESS SERIES, AND ARTICLES ABOUT THE NATIONAL CENTER. SUBJECTS COVERED INCLUDE RURAL COURTS, TECHNOLOGY AND THE COURTS, JUDICIAL IMMUNITY, AUTOMATED LEGAL RESEARCH, SMALL CLAIMS COURTS, APPELLATE JUSTICE, AND FEDERAL FUNDING FOR STATE COURTS. THE BIBLIOGRAPHY IS AIMED AT STUDENTS AND RESEARCHERS IN THE FIELD OF COURT REFORM. AN OVERVIEW OF THE NATIONAL CENTER SERVES AS AN INTRODUCTION TO THE BIBLIOGRAPHY. (MJW)
