Abstract
AREAS COVERED INCLUDE PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING, BUDGETING, ORGANIZATION, OPERATIONS, ASSIGNMENT OF WORKLOADS, AND APPROACHES TO COMMUNICATION AND CONTROL. EFFECTIVE PERSONNEL POLICIES, SUCH AS PLANNING FOR CHANGING REQUIREMENTS AND THE USE OF PARAPROFESSIONALS AND SPECIALIZED ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL, ARE DISCUSSED. ONE PRESENTATION ADDRESSES ITSELF SOLELY TO THE USE OF COMPUTERS IN THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS.
