Abstract
PART I DESCRIBES THE PROCESS EXPLAINED ABOVE. PART II ISOLATES THE PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED INTO SEVEN FUNCTIONARY CATEGORIES AND ITEMIZES THE COMMUNICATIONS USED BETWEEN THE FUNCTIONAL AREAS IN THE PROCESS.
