Abstract
THE AUTHOR SUGGESTS THAT WE HAVE SUFFICIENT EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE TO DETERMINE QUANTITATIVE DIFFERENCES IN VARIOUS HUMAN FUNCTIONS, COMBINE THIS DATA WITH A MULTIPLE SYSTEM THEORY OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY, AND THEN DEVELOP A WORKING PLAN OF REHABILITATION AND TREATMENT.
