THE BULLETIN, PREPARED BY THE STATE AGENCY RESPONSIBLE FOR DISBURSING FEDERAL FUNDS UNDER THE ACT, OPENS WITH A SUMMARY OF FUNDING INFORMATION -- AMOUNT OF FUNDS AVAILABLE, GRANT PERIODS, ELIGIBLE PROJECTS AND APPLICANTS, PROPOSAL SUBMISSION AND APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE STATE'S GOALS AND OBJECTIVES FOR PROGRAMS FUNDED UNDER THE ACT ARE SET FORTH.
