Abstract
Individual tables present court dispositions by district and type; commitments by age, sex, race, and type; and data on inmate dental and medical services and paroles. Other statistics cover probation alternatives, expenditure data, and inmate employment and earnings. Prison overcrowding and a prison riot were problems during the year. New correctional facilities are being built.
