NEXT THERE IS A BREAKDOWN OF THE VARIOUS MANPOWER NEEDS FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS IN GENERAL AND THE COSTS INCURRED. PRINCIPLES OF MODERN MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS ARE APPLIED TO CORRECTIONAL PROGRAMS.
