FOUR MAJOR CRITICISMS OF POLICE DEPARTMENTS TODAY ARE CITED ALONG WITH STATEMENTS OF A PATROLMAN ABOUT HIS WORK AND HOW IT AFFECTS THE EFFICIENCY OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
