STATISTICS FROM YSB FILES INDICATE THAT DURING 1975-76, SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 297 OUT OF THE PROJECTED MINIMUM 400 CLIENTS; COUNSELOR CASELOADS WERE MAINTAINED AT 10 CLIENTS PER COUNSELOR; AND THAT 72 PERCENT OF THE 1974-75 CLIENTS WHO DID NOT HAVE JUVENILE RECORDS DID NOT HAVE JUVENILE PETITIONS FILED AGAINST THEM BY JUNE 30, 1976.
