Abstract
THE PROJECT WAS MOST EFFECTIVE IN REDUCING RECIDIVISM AMONG THOSE PRISONERS WHO WERE NOT TOO DEEPLY INVOLVED IN DRUG USE OR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR, AND LEAST EFFECTIVE WITH HEROIN USERS.
