The Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards developed a standards manual for jail administrators, developed and published in the 'Maryland Register' standards for all adult places of correctional confinement, and conducted training sessions to help administrators become familiar with the standards.
Abstract
Besides relating Commission activities, the report presents the Standards Act, Commission meetings, Commission members, advisory boards, the budget, an audit schedule, and jail statistics.
