Abstract
THIS PUBLICATION DISPELS ANY NOTION THAT THE POLICE ALONE CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF CRIME AND CLEARLY INDICATES THE NEED FOR CITIZEN ACTION. ITS THEME IS CRIME IS EVERYBODY'S PROBLEM. ALTHOUGH THE PUBLICATION IS ADDRESSED PRIMARILY TO BUSINESSMEN AND TRADE ASSOCIATIONS IT SHOULD BE OF EQUAL INTEREST AND ASSISTANCE TO MANY OTHER GROUPS - SOCIAL, CIVIC AND RELIGIOUS. INTERESTED AND CONCERNED CITIZENS IN EVERY COMMUNITY CAN USE THE IDEAS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO DO WHAT MUST BE DONE TO HELP OUR CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM EFFECTIVELY PROTECT THE LIVES, RIGHTS, AND THE PROPERTY OF ALL CITIZENS. 98 REFERENCES
